BUFFALO CAULIFLOWER FLATBREADS⁣ ⁣ this year we are watching sports from the couch instead of the stadium and i am 100% ok with it because that means i'm not spending $$$ on overpriced snacks or waiting in line for ten minutes to use the bathroom 😂.
BUFFALO CAULIFLOWER FLATBREADS⁣ ⁣ this year we are watching sports from the couch instead of the stadium and i am 100% ok with it because that means i'm not spending $$$ on overpriced snacks or waiting in line for ten minutes to use the bathroom 😂. ⁣ ⁣ to make this game day classic, i battered and cooked half a head of cauliflower using the technique from my 'korean bbq cauliflower' recipe (on the blog!). once the cauliflower is done toss it in @thenewprimal buffalo sauce. top a piece of naan or flat bread with @miyokoscreamery mozzarella and @violife_foods parmesan then add your buffalo bites and pop it all back in the oven for 15 min or until melty and hot! drizzle with more buffalo, vegan ranch, sprinkle with parsley, and serve! 🏈⚾️🏆
this year has been crazy for all of us. as i'm sure many of you can relate, i've been alone a lot lately. i'd consider myself an introvert and i have always cherished my alone time, but about a month ago i was at a peak of stir-craziness. a friend ca
this year has been crazy for all of us. as i'm sure many of you can relate, i've been alone a lot lately. i'd consider myself an introvert and i have always cherished my alone time, but about a month ago i was at a peak of stir-craziness. a friend came to town and i took some time off and it made me realize how much i had been isolating myself. ⁣ after having some time to process, i see now how much i had been pausing my life in anticipation of things going back to "normal". i realize now that we must keep moving because there is no canceling of this year, and we are going to take 2020 with us into 2021. and yes, i realize that most of us figured this out back in May, it just took me a little longer. i'm here now! i'm working on being present. not waiting for the world to change but letting myself change in the form of growth. and i can't quite put my finger on it but this growth feels very important.

there's nothing quite like fresh hummus ✨. loaded pitas have been a favorite of mine since the days of ordering gyros without meat as a kid 😂. toasted some pita in the oven and topped er off with homemade hummus, tomato, cucumber, onion, chickpeas,
there's nothing quite like fresh hummus ✨. loaded pitas have been a favorite of mine since the days of ordering gyros without meat as a kid 😂. toasted some pita in the oven and topped er off with homemade hummus, tomato, cucumber, onion, chickpeas, evoo, lemon juice, and paprika. ⁣ ⁣ easy homemade hummus: drain and rinse one can of chickpeas, reserving the liquid. add to a food processor or blender with a clove of garlic, 3 tbsp tahini, 3 tbsp evoo, a pinch of salt, and a squeeze of lemon. blend for a few minutes, occasionally scraping down the sides of your belnder to make sure everything is incorporated. while you are doing this you can slowly add the liquid from the chickpea can (1 tbsp at a time) to make blending easier and the hummus extra creamy. top with evoo and paprika.
