Mango Chili Lime Pops

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups frozen mango

  • 1 can coconut milk

  • 2 limes (juice and zest)

  • 2 tbsp agave (or maple syrup)

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1/4 tsp chili powder

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Directions:

  1. Combine mango, coconut milk, lime juice, agave, and vanilla in a high speed blender until smooth. If you do not have a high speed blender you may want to let the mango thaw a little bit for easier blending.

  2. Once the mixture is well blended, stir in the zest of one lime.

  3. In a small bowl, combine the remaining lime zest, chili powder, and sea salt. Sprinkle a pinch of this chili lime salt into each popsicle mold.

  4. Pour the mango mixture into the molds and freeze overnight (or at least 4 hours).

  5. Optional: once frozen solid, remove pops from their mold and sprinkle with additional chili lime salt before serving.
