Chocolate Peppermint Freezer Fudge Balls
Ingredients:
6 dates, pitted
1 ¼ cups almond flour (separated)
2 tbsp cocoa powder
¼ almond butter
½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ nut milk
6 candy canes, crushed
Directions:
In a food processor or high speed blender, blend dates, ¼ cup almond flour, cocoa powder, almond butter, vanilla, nut milk, and 2 crushed candy canes. Once a batter like consistency has formed, empty contents into a medium sized bowl.
Mix in the remaining 1 cup of almond flour. Chill dough in a refrigerator until it is moldable (about 1 hour).
Form into tablespoon sized balls. Roll each ball into a bowl with the remaining two crushed candy canes.
Freeze overnight. Store in the freezer.
