Chocolate Peppermint Freezer Fudge Balls

Ingredients:

  • 6 dates, pitted

  • 1 ¼ cups almond flour (separated)

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

  • ¼ almond butter

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • ¼ nut milk

  • 6 candy canes, crushed

Directions:

  1. In a food processor or high speed blender, blend dates, ¼ cup almond flour, cocoa powder, almond butter, vanilla, nut milk, and 2 crushed candy canes. Once a batter like consistency has formed, empty contents into a medium sized bowl.

  2. Mix in the remaining 1 cup of almond flour. Chill dough in a refrigerator until it is moldable (about 1 hour).

  3. Form into tablespoon sized balls. Roll each ball into a bowl with the remaining two crushed candy canes.

  4. Freeze overnight. Store in the freezer.
