Garlic Parmesan Oven Fries
Ingredients:
4 russet potatoes, peeled
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp dried parsley
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F. Slice potatoes into french fry sized strips.
Transfer fries to a large bowl. Add olive oil and salt and toss until evenly coated.
Spread fries onto a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 30 min, flipping halfway through.
When fries are cooked, place back into the large bowl and add garlic powder, parsley, and parmesan. Toss to evenly coat.
Serve hot. (optionally, serve with ketchup or ranch for dipping.)
