Berries & Cream Pops
Ingredients:
1 can coconut milk
1/4 cup maple syrup (can sub with honey or agave)
1/2 cup blueberries, separated
1/2 cup diced strawberries, separated
Splash of lemon juice
Directions:
Add all ingredients, leaving out 1/2 of each berry, to a blender and blend until smooth.
Sprinkle the 1/2 remaining berries (1/4 of the total amount you started with) into a popsicle mold.
Pour the coconut milk mixture from the blender into molds leaving a little space. Add the remaining berries.
Freeze for a minimum of 4 hours.
